Do These 6 Things and Begin Losing Weight

I'll keep this article short and simple. I'm just going to list 6 things that will help you lose weight and give you the boost you need to begin your weight loss journey.

1. Drink Water. Lots of water. I suggest 2 liters a day to begin with.

Reason: Water helps transport nutrients throughout your body and help you literally "Pee" out your body unessential fat and helps absorb the nutrients.

2. Vitamins. Take a multivitamin on a daily basis. Vitamins keep your body running efficiently and make it easier for your body to excrete fats and absorb vital nutrients. Not only that, most people are deficient in 1 or more vitamins, taking a vitamin pill on a constant basis can make a world a difference for ones energy if they were previous lacking in that vitamin.

3. Don't eat fast food. It's all processed and its all just going to be stored as fat. Staying away from McDonald's is a must but if you are is a rush and need a quick meal, then just slim down on what you order ex. No cheese on your sub, and if you find yourself at McDonald's then just order the burger and water instead of the whole meal.

4. Don't drink pop. Your just drinking sugar and a whole ton of calories. If you need something sweet drink those low calorie flavored packets that you just mix with water.

5. Limit alcohol consumption. I'm not saying don't ever drink but just limit it. I try to keep mine to once a week, but when I'm on vacation that's pretty hard to do. The reason why I say to avoid alcohol is because it actually slows your metabolism down for up to 48 hours after drinking. Alcohol is also loaded in calories, and your body won't burn any fat or carbohydrates until its finished burning through the booze you just drank, thus slowing down fat loss. So if your gonna drink then drink to avoid mixed sugary drinks and try to have water between drinks and before bed.

6. Add Fiber into your diet. Whole wheat bread, vegetables, you name it. It helps the digestive system from getting backed up and keeps your insides clean. Fiber not only helps you lose weight but also is the biggest factor in fighting colon cancer.

Well those are the basics of how to lose fat. That can all be done without running one mile, or lifting one weight. Just making these changes can drastically change how you feel and look.
